& WSI Instructors

 Date:           August 15, 2007

 Duties:        Ensure safety of clients and protect lives.  Prevent injuries by eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors; enforce facility rules and regulations and educate patrons about rules; recognize and respond effectively to all emergencies; administer first aid and CPR in an emergency; fill out required records and reports on schedule and injuries; do maintenance in the pool area and other tasks assigned by your supervisor; participate in in-service trainings; report any unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisor.

 Hours:        Part time positions.  Early mornings, afternoons, and/or late evenings.

Salary:        $7.00 an hour

 Qualifications:     Must have a lifeguarding certification, CPR, First Aid, AED training.  Must be reliable, mature, positive, courteous, and healthy individual who understands that his/her actions can save a life. Proud to accept challenges; meet the YWCA standards; good with conflict resolution and team work skills.
