Prerequisite: Must be at least 15 years of age and pass a water test given the first night of class. This class will include a session on Red Cross first aid and CPR for the professional Rescure. Cost includes books available at first class.

Many adult fitness classes are very flexible. Classes such as Water Aerobics, Pilates, Circuit Weight Training and Seniors in Motion you can start at any time.

For two adult classes - Belly Dancing and Hatha Yoga - you will want to start at or near the beginning of a session so the class can learn the moves together.
