Personal Training:                                                                                                                                                            

Personal Trainers will assist with setting fitness goals and will help you develop an effective plan to achieve those goals. The personal trainer will show you correct and safe body techniques to help you gain the maximum benefit from your workout. Call 234-7589 to make your appointment. 

The YWCA is a Silver Sneakers Fitness Program site:                                                                                                      

This program is a fully-funded fitness benefit available with certain Medicare supplemental policies. If you have Silver Sneakers coverage, be sure to let us know!

Blood Testing and Blood Pressure Screening Wednesday, October 3, 2017, 7:00am - 10:00am:                                    
Unity Point offers a blood test at the YWCA covering 23 assessments of your blood including blood sugar, heart/liver enzymes and cholesterol. Cost: $20

National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) Workshops:
