Cost: $145 member / $155 nonmember
Prerequisite: Must be at least 15 years of age and pass a water test given the first night of class. This class will include a session on Red Cross first aid and CPR for the professional Rescure. Cost includes books available at first class.

Body Shop 101
Body Shop 101 - Learn how to use the cardiovascular equipment in the body shop, receive a basic overview of the weight equipment, tour the facility and meet other new members! A great time to get the answers to your questions!

Personal Training -
Personal Trainers will assist with setting fitness goals and will help you
develop an effective plan to achieve those goals. The personal trainer will show
you correct and safe body techniques to help you gain the maximum benefit from
your workout.
