Many adult fitness classes are very flexible. Classes such as Water Aerobics, Pilates, Circuit Weight Training and Silver Sneakers you can start at any time.

For two adult classes - Belly Dancing and Hatha Yoga - you will want to start at or near the beginning of a session so the class can learn the moves together.

Start your morning off with this moderate
                     intensity class! Tone and build muscle with a
                     variety of exercises incorporating cardio, hand
                     weights, bands and medicine balls.

 Yogalates:    Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:45am - 12:15pm
                     
Class that combines the slow controlled
                      breathing and stretching of yoga with the core
                      tightening and strengthening of Pilates.

                              into one fun, challenging and motivating workout! Each class is a complete
                              strengthening and conditioning workout for any body and any level!

   Pilates:           T & Th 12:05pm - 12:50pm
                             
Balance-based fitness designed to tone and sculpt your entire body and help
                              develop long lean muscles. Shrink your waistline and strengthen your back.

Personal Training -
Personal Trainers will assist with setting fitness goals and will help you develop an effective plan to achieve those goals. The personal trainer will show you correct and safe body techniques to help you gain the maximum benefit from your workout.

Adult Taekwondo ages 14 and up

Wednesday 5:30 - 6:15 pm

$40 per month member; $45/mo. nonmember

Beginner Taekwondo ages 7 - adult (white belt)

Beginning: (White Belt)     
Friday         5:30 - 6:15 pm

$50 per month member; $55/mo. nonmember
$40 per month for 2nd person from the same household - member; $45/mo. nonmember

Taekwondo ages 8 - adult

Novice:         Tuesday and Thursday     5:30 - 6:30 pm

Elite Taekwondo

Class for higher ranked students eager to learn sparring and forms for competition.
