Health and Wellness Prices

When you start your fitness program at the YWCA, you have several options.
 Choose a class or work out independently.
 Choose unlimited visits or pay for only the class you want.

• Basic Plan (Unlimited attendance in Open Plunge, Lap Swim, Body Shop and Gym)
  Adult
      One Month: $30 member / $35 nonmember
      One year: $298 member / $335 nonmember
  Youth (age 14-17)
      One month: $15 member / $20 nonmember

• Physical Plan (Unlimited attendance in most adult Fitness & Aquatics Classes plus
  everything covered by the Basic Plan
  Adult
      One Month: $37 member / $45 nonmember
      One year: $396 member / $445 nonmember
  Youth (age 14-17)
      One month: $20 member / $25 nonmember

• Please call and ask us about other options. 319.234.7589  You can pay for an individual class or for just lap swimming and plunges. We also have a low cost monthly plan for children up through age 13.

• Scholarships are available on many YWCA programs based on family size and income. If you might qualify, please ask for a financial assistance application form at our Front Desk.
