Healthy Families
Iowa State University Extension Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)
Come and join other young families and get ideas for quick healthy meals, smart snack ideas, dealing with picky eaters and how to make food dollars stretch. Income guidelines apply. For more information call Sarah at ISU Extension, 234-6811.

Residence Program
The Residence Program provides transitional housing with wwekly meetings that focus on personal goal setting.
The YWCA has ten residence rooms for adult women (one is handicapped accessible). Rates are currently $225 or $245 per month with a $25 deposit. Kitchen and laundry facilities are available.
The YWCA program provides support and case management to help residents meet their individual goals.
