YWCA's Annual Fall Fundraiser

As the YWCA continues its commitment to ensuring the health and wellness of our community—this year’s fall fundraising event is our 4th “no event” event – our “Bridge of Money Fall Fundraiser”!

How Does the Bridge of Money Work?

It’s easy. Between September 1, 2023, and October 15, 2023, the bulletin board in our lobby has cards displayed, each with a monetary amount written on it, from $1 to $200. Two hundred cards. Two hundred different amounts to donate.

Here’s the amazing part – if all two hundred cards are taken, you all will have raised $20,100 for YWCA programs!

This year, we will be incorporating the Waterloo 4th Street Lighted Bridge in our fundraiser. Please help us empty the Wall of Money board and unveil a picture of the 4th Street Lighted Bridge in Waterloo. Your support is greatly appreciated!

How Do I Donate/Participate?

Please complete the attached form to the right with the amount your business wishes to donate, and we will remove the cards for you! Cash, checks and credit card are all accepted.

If you have any questions, just call Samantha or Aimee at (319) 234-7589.

Visit the Wall to Help Fund Essential Programs

We hope you are excited about this “no event” event. Please “visit” the wall and help us raise the funds our programs so desperately need at this time and unveil a picture of the Waterloo 4th Street Lighted Bridge in the process. You can make the difference!
