Personal Trainers will assist with setting fitness goals and will help you develop an effective plan to achieve those goals. The personal trainer will show you correct and safe body techniques to help you gain the maximum benefit from your workout. Call 234-7589 to make your appointment. 

The YWCA is a Silver Sneakers Fitness Program and a Renew Active site:                                                                                                      

This program is a fully-funded fitness benefit available with certain Medicare supplemental policies. If you have Silver Sneakers or Renew Active coverage, be sure to let us know!

Blood Testing and Blood Pressure Screening Tuesday, October 1, 2019, 7:00am - 8:30 am:                                    
Unity Point offers a blood test at the YWCA covering 23 assessments of your blood including blood sugar, heart/liver enzymes and cholesterol. Cost: $20

National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) Workshops:

Care for Yourself:

The Black Hawk County Health Department provides cancer prevention screenings. You can get help paying for your pap smear, mammogram and colon cancer screening if you are underinsured or uninsured. Call Gabbi DeWitt (319) 292-2225 to learn more.
